IT SUPPORT COORDINATOR – INDIANAPOLIS, IN. Responsible for researching and answering technical and general user questions and making administrative system changes related to business’ technology applications, ECW application and associated hardware. Duties include: project management assistance; hardware acquisition; support ECW optimization and application administration; ECW troubleshooting and user support; ECW ticket management; EnVista ticket management; report writing; LumaHealth patient communications; telecom support including data reporting; and, support equipment inventory. Reqs.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related technical field plus one year of experience with electronic medical records (EMR) system administration and support
